I'm hoping someone can help here. I use hangouts to make and receive calls constantly. However as of a couple of days, cannot make calls anymore. I can receive them, but when I dial out, I get a recorded message that the line is busy, and to try again later. At first I thought it came from the receiving end, but it is happening all the time, no matter what number is dialed. This is happening on the Nexus 5, running Android 5.1.1 and Hangouts 4.2.102354210.
I already tried, rebooting, uninstalling and reinstalling Google Voice, Hangouts and Hangouts Dialer. No improvement.
The problem is only on the Android device. It works fine on an IOS and on the PC.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
