cannot open file from USB Samsung 10.1 notr

[Android Question]

I cannot open any files from USB or hard disc through my Samsung note 10.1 GT-N8000. I tried connecting through charger to multi adapter, but cannot open & there is no light flashing in USB.
Is this device compatible with hard disc & USB.

I found a cable that might help you, it's called the 30-pin to USB OTG Adapter cable.
