Help Cannot pair Huawei Watch 2 with 20 Plus

Hi all

The phone doesn't see my watch at all. Not through the phone's bluetooth or through the Huawei health app. I've installed the AppGallery APK and installed the latest Huawei Core Mobile Services and Huawei Health but it doesn't come up in bluetooth.

Any ideas? Don't really want to have to factory reset my watch

Could be the watch is faulty, and the BT died in it? Was it working and it doesn't work now? Maybe try a factory reset. But if it is faulty, repair or replacement required.

Thanks for your suggestion but this worked fine on my old phone. I just moved from an LG G7 ThinQ in the last week and it worked fine with that!
