Hello all - my apols if I'm asking something that's been answered a million times. If that's the case, feel free to tell me where to go
I live in a remote location and cannot get a signal when I'm at home. However, I was able to link to my broadband wirelessly so have been able to use the phone for internet activity.
Except when it comes to playing music, e.g. YouTube, Soundcloud etc. I get about 2-3 minutes and then a message comes up "cannot play video". I know it works fine when I'm using the phone normally (when I'm not at home i.e. using the phone network). Just seems to be the home-broadband-wireless link that I'm struggling with. And as I say, for some weird reason it plays the first few minutes.
Anyone else have this/is there an easy explanation, or better still a fix?
many thanks.
