Cannot (re)install HTC Sync on WIndows7 x64

Hello,

I'm trying reinstalling HTC Sync as it didn't disocovered Outlook's profiles..
but after an uninstall (repair failed), the install always end with error 1722.

Product: HTC Sync -- Error 1722.There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor. Action CA_DriversInstall, location: C:\Users\ADMINI~1\AppData\Local\Temp\MSIC4E6.tmp, command: /S /v/passive /L2057

On Windows/uninstall, there is the HTC driver Installer which cannot be uninstalled..strange thing, I don't find any reg key at windows/current../Uninstall !

well... looking how many people encounter problems with HTC Sync..fewww..All this is boring...I know all is about making the more $$$ with the less expense.. but things are going so bad...

incredible, installing the old 2.0.8 from the SD is working !

For the driver, I extracted them from 2.0.33's HTCDriver.msi, then updated My HTC.

now I've a 2.0.8 working, but still, the first reason I messed all this, HTC sync doesn't propose me to sync with Outlook !! Damn

so actual situation :

Still can't install/uninstall HTC drivers
Still can't upgtrade to 2.0.33 as the installer want to update HTC drivers Package
HTC Sync showing me lotus but now outlook (which it did before, when Office 2010 x64 was installed)

ps: I uninstalled 2010 x64 for installing office 2010 x86, as most device/apps won't find the MAPI profile with Office 2010 x64 !!

Look at the value Transforms, you'll see that the path start with a wrong/strange caracters

Correct it and the uninstall/reinstall will work.
