Apps Cannot see some files on the phone.

Ok...soo probably I'm a ******, but hey, what the hell...

I have a question:
I made an app and as a result it creates a file, *.txt file. My phone sees it with file manager. It is r-w, and on the phone it's all ok. But my pc doesn't see it, and yes, my "Folder options > View" settings are ok. It is the same case no matter if the file is in internal storage or on the SD card, pc cannot see it.

Help pls, I'm new in android.

Are you trying this on the pc and what usb are you using 2.0 or the 3.0

Yes pc, windows7, usb 2.0

Did ypu copy this to the media downloaded from the pc update tool
