phone: Nexus 5x
Android version: 6.0.1
Carrier: ATT
I use my 5x's built in messaging app to connect to my corporate email system.
Since the last update to 6.0.1 I've noticed that I can no longer send emails to multiple recipients.
The app tells me that its has sent the message, but I dont see a copy of it in my Sent folder, Draft folder. Its not stuck in the Outbox either. And no one gets the message.
No issues if the email is to a single recipient.
But if I were to send an email to more than one recipient they never receive it.
As a test I did the following;
- Sent email to my corporate account- received it. no issues
- Sent email to my gmail account - received it. no issues
- Sent email to both my corporate and gmail accounts - never receive in either account.
It doesn't bounce back with a failure or anything.
Is anyone else experiencing this?
I have reset phone to factory defaults, reset email setting..nothing seems to help.
Now I have to wait till I get back to my desktop client if I want to send a reply to an email thread if it has more than one recipient.
Frustrating.
