We are running IMAP on Exchange 2003, and I currently have three users connecting to the Exchange server via IMAP. All users can access their inboxes without issues. All users can send internal email without issues. However, one user is unable to send email to external accounts. I have compared the three users' accounts in Active Directory, but I cannot come up with anything. Any help would be appreciated.
