cannot set up my device

can someone help me my remote isn't working all it does is just light up when i'm at the Welcome menu and it asks me to press next i even tried my wireless keyboard that came with it it has all the lights on but i can't start setting the device up as i can't press next

First (and crucially!) what 'device' are you trying to set up?
