Cannot update now broken

After trying to update my software on my samsung galaxy note it somehow disconnected and now its saying I need to emergency firmware recovery and my phone will not work. When I try to do this it keeps on disconnecting.
 
I would take your phone back to wherever you got it. Chances are the firmware needs to be flashed to the phone to revert it to the previous firmware version. It is best to let your carrier take care of this unless you are confident you can do it yourself.
