have you contacted sprint for assistance? could be an issue with your account. could be an issue local to your area. Its best to contact sprint and rule those ideas out to help narrow down the issue.
I've also moved this question to the Sprint section as it could be seen with other sprint users. This sounds less like a handset issue and rather a cellular or account specific issue.
