Cannot use Google Voice with old account

I switched to an Android A5 last week and can't seem to get Google Voice going again. The app seems to only expect new users and wants to help them sign up.

I have an account already but can't find a way to give Voice my email account and get Voice working again like on my old phone.

Have you tried factory resetting??
