So this is happening on all the android devices we are currently using in our office. An HTC One google play edition, a galaxy note, and a galaxy SIII (we use the google or samsung email apps and not the gmail app.)
We send appointment notifications using outlook. These notifications work perfectly fine within outlook, thunderbird, and the gmail website (we use a google apps corporate account). We can view them there, see the details and accept or decline the appointment with no problem.
However when we receive the notification email on our phones they are blank. The subject line is correct, and it shows the sender and recipients no problem but the email is completely blank (white page). There are no details to be seen and we cannot accept the appointment.
Could someone please help me figure out why these notifications are perfectly visible on a PC (using outlook, thunderbird, or a browser) but are completely blank on our android phones?
