Help Cannot view gif on galaxy s4

My problem is not device breaking, but it is a little annoying. Long story short i cannot view the .gif file (gif below) I have a verizon galaxy s4, running android 4.4.2. Im using the default gallery app. I can view other gifs perfectly fine, and i can view it in browser fine; but whenever I download it to my phone and look at this, all I see is a type of error sign. Like Isaid, not phone breaking, but a little annoying when I want to show other people.

I tried the suggested app, but I still only see a black screen. Are there any settings I have to fidgit with? Or is it the file itself?
 
Do me a favor - download the gif again from this thread (I just saved your image directly to my downloads) and then open in QuickPic.

Maybe something in the stock gallery or something on your phone hosed your local copy. Not sure...
 
Aha. Ok, so I re-downloaded the gif and opened it through the notification bar. It prompted me to select which gallery app to use, and I set QuickPic as default. Everything works now. Thank you so much.
