whenever i drag any design elemnt, i cannot use it inside kotlin scripts. Powersaving mode is off, cache cleared and tried deleting folder, did new project not working as well, id changed. what else is left?
I noticed that some problems with editing and developing come with newest android updates. Maybe you need to delete new updates and go back to the previous version of the system. Since where this problem appeared? It's important to understand tbh.
I had this problem while using the room planner app because the system updates were kinda botched. I just wanted to design a room for my younger brother in our new house but after the update many features disappeared. However, I did a backup and everything worked fine. They need to do smth with these system updates, iMHO.
