Help Can't access android market from phone

Phone : Samsung Galaxy S GT-I90003

Hai, im a new user of android, being using it since september 2011..
i have a problem accessing my android market from my phone regardless using wifi or data plan..
the problem occur 4 days ago when a friend of my delete a "google.framework" file from titanium backup as it keep showing "application force close".. so starting from that point i cant access my android market..

when i click it, market ask me to add a gmail account, when i click yes it leads me back directly to the home screen.. n the google mail also having the same problems..

i have try many things starting from clear all my apps data n cachce data to the length of formatting my hp to factory reset (3x).. i even ask the help from android market but the problem still occur..

So i would love to have the help from u guys in helping me on how to solve this problem...
 
did you by chance delete googleservicesframework.apk .
It is an important file required for google ALL SYNC functions. Factory reset wont wont work .You will need to restore that file by either flashing stock ROM or by flashing Gapps

my friend delete it because he said that will solve the problem for the notification that keep pop up " google.framework is force close"

how do someone do the flashing ROM @ flashing Gapps??
