Help Can't access device storage....

Hey guy's. Getting the following when trying to access the external SD card on my Mac.

"If your device's screen is locked, disconnect its USB cable, unlock your screen, and then reconnect the USB cable."

Done all the above, unmounted the SD Card, restarted Mac and nothing. My computer see's the phone and all internal storage. Annoyingly, it was working fine last night. Haven't done anything different. Really frustrated.

I was trying to drag and drop some new music. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Samsung Kies and Samsung Galaxy SIII have connection problems all the time. I don't even remember the last time I could actually connect my device to my Mac.

Are you sure you have unlocked your device and left the screen on while it's connecting?

If it's not connecting, try using 'Android File Transfer'

Should have said. Don't use Kies, use the Android Transfer Service.

Literally the same exact thing is happening right now for me. Did you ever figure out what to do for it?
