Cant access keyboard to make calls

When i tap on phone icon it just disappears and my mobile restarts. I cant find anything in settings to help.

I have tried clear cache and will try factory reset. I have found that i can get keyboard as long as across the top i go on contacts or favourites and dont go on log

I have done factory reset and it has come back on in Japanese but no menu or instructions to change it.

The screen with yellow dot comes on when i turn it on and when i click that then the second screen is the other pic.
