Can't access paid apps and games?

I have a non-dev htc magic not unlocked and after a couple days of browsing the market I noticed there were only free apps. Does anyone know how I can access the stuff that cost money? Using demos is incredibly frustrating.

Join the club.. I bought my HTC Magic months ago when it first became available in Norway, and what frustrates me most is that Google provides zero information about when the Market will open for purchaseable apps in our countries

I can see Paid apps on the market - but unfortunately they dont allow people in England to pay for apps using google checkout. So im stuck with free apps
