Can't access saved downloads

Why is it then I try downloading a file from any browser I can view it once. Then when I try viewing it a second time it says Media Not Found

This has started happening in UC Browser and Dolphin both. I can access a download once from the internal File Managers. But if accessing it a second time I get a Media Not Found error message. I look in the download folder and can never find the downloads. But the download managers in the browser says they were successful.

More of a workaround then a fix, but when you first access it from a File Manager can you copy the file to another location and access that copy more then once?

Hi there, johngoodin. A little info will help narrow down the problem. What device are you using? Is it rooted? Which Android version is it running? Does this problem happen with ALL files you download, or only some?
