Cant buy anything from market. Is there a app for this?

If the app is not in your currency, you may need to use a different credit card. I'm unable to buy apps in Euros on my Discover, but have no problem with my Visa... WARNING> not oly will you be charged for the app, but your card company may charge you a fee for the curency conversion.

Yes you can buy apps from websites such as Slimeme.org , It downloads an app to your phone so you can browse paid apps etc similar to the Android market so you can easily buy apps from your phone regardless of what country your from. give it a go
