can't call a certain number

[Android Question]

I have a Pantech cell phone.I try calling my aunt who has an unlisted number (not a cell phone) and she has no blocking set up, and my phone says she is not accepting any calls.
I think I have some sort of "blocking" set up on my phone and I do not know how to change it. Can you help?

It sounds like she has "anonymous caller ID rejection." Check your Call settings to make sure you have outgoing Caller ID set to either "Network default" or "Show number."
