I was able to call and text a certain number about four days ago. I was on the phone, when the line suddenly dropped. Ever since then I wasn't able to call/text that number and they couldn't contact me. I've spoken to just about everyone trying to figure this out. I thought it could be my SIM card, so I replaced it today. But, I'm still unable to contact the person, and the person still cannot contact me. I have unlimited data, minutes, and text, as well as the person I am trying to get into contact with. I'm able to call/text everyone else in my phonebook perfectly fine. I've spoken to the account holders of both phones, and there are no restrictions on either phones. No one has been blocked. And nothing has changed. Except that we can't reach each other. Any other numbers work perfectly fine for both of us, whether it is out of state or within the same one. I haven't "accidentally blocked" the number and neither has the person blocked mine. We've been having to go through a middle person just to get into contact. I've Factory reset/turned off and on my phone/deleted the number/re-added the number/etc. But nothing works. I don't know what to do anymore. I just need help figuring this out.
