I have just purchased a S6 Edge plus. I am having problems connecting to my lap top. I can connect and back up through smart switch, but can not connect to Kies. It reads the phones name briefly, but then says "please connect device". I also get a message that reads "unsupported device. The connected device is supported through smart switch, which is faster and more convenient." Either I can not figure out how to do things such as add music, photos etc. from smart switch, or I need a way to connect to Kies. Any one have any insight?
