Help can't connect to internet but wifi ok

Won't connect me to internet
I have wifi
says signal is strong
but tried to play a game and login and it just says 'can't connect you to facebook'
it's always been fine although useless at finding things often says there is a problem SMS or something and suddenly there was a problem with the IP today, corrected that and no no connection the game

Thanks but router is ok because it's all fine on the laptop - it's just the phone
The wifi is strong

Restart your WiFi router anyway, even though apparently other devices don't have a problem, and to eliminate any possible problems with it.
Is it only this whatever it is game that can't connect to Facebook, are you able to browse websites? Facebook has been having problems for the last month or so.

Randomly changed the IP and it is working! thank you for your time xx
