Help Cant connect to LTE

Hi i have n910k olleh korean variant and running on 5.1.1.

My problem is when im selecting LTE in mobile network>network mode a notification pops and it says "in data calls disabled state, LTE data network can not be enabled". See attached print screen for the picture.

Please help me guys
