cant connect to the camera

can somebody help me? i cant use thw camera and video of my phone. when i am using it, theres always show that " cannot connect to the camera" and in video the problem is " the camera stop process unexpectedly pls try again later". pls do help me to fix it. thanks....

I found your phone, is it from the Philippines? I'd never heard of it.
Have you tried a factory reset? Has the camera ever worked?

yah its a new arrival phone made in philippines, anyways where do i find that factory reset?

I'm not positive with your phone, but it should be, from the home screen:
Settings - Backup Reset - Factory Reset. This is the steps from my Galaxy Nexus, yours may be different.
