HELP!! i left for work earlier and when i arrived i noticed my phone no longer had H+ (im on 3uk) and i couldnt use anything that required data, did the usual, turned mobile data off/on, toggled airplane mode, did a soft reset and nothing, rang 3 to make sure no issues in area they said no. Noone else at work is on 3 so cant check however did manage to connect to net via tethering to a collegues phone. Any ideas how to get my data back?!
in the status of the phone it says that my mobile network type is unknown & mobile network state is disconnected yet mobile data is switched on
