Welcome to AndroidForums :)

If this doesn't help to resolve your problem, I would suggest Registering for a FREE AndroidForums Account.

In order to connect to specific networks on any unlocked device, you need to set up an APN, or Access Point, for the specific network you are attempting to connect to.

Open Settings, and then tap on the More... underneath Data Usage. Next tap on Mobile Networks, then Access Points. Create a new access point (APN. Press the menu button on your phone, or there may be a + to add a new Access Point). Enter the following information in the newly created access point:

Code:
Name: Virgin Internet
APN: VirginInternet
Proxy: 202.139.83.152
Port: 8070
Username:
Password:
Server:
MMSC: http://mms.virginvibe.com.au:8002/
MMS Proxy: 202.139.83.152
MMS Port: 8070
MCC: 505
MNC: 029
APN Type: default,supl

Anything that is blank, leave blank.

Hope this helps you out :)
