Help Can't connect when USB Debug enabled

After enabling "USB Debug" on Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition, connection via USB *fails* in Windows 7.1.

Disabling USB Debug cause USB connection to work again. The device is *not* rooted.

Any ideas on how so solve this?

I meant to run Kingo Roto, I guess this is not possible then? Also, I assume there is another USB driver available that allow debug somewhere? I am totally new to Android :-)
