Help Can't copy DREAIMG.MBH to SD

I'm trying to install RC7 on my G1 so that I can gain root access. However, when I try to copy the DREAIMG.MBH to a freshly formatted SD card, I get an error of "Cannot read from the source file or disk", and an option to retry or cancel. I've tried the retry option, but this just starts the process again, which once again displays the message.

Can anybody help, or point me in the direction of something helpful?
