Can't create new topic in Application Reviews

Not much else to say. In Tapatalk there isn't an option to create a new topic in the Application Reviews forum. Another user noticed this but I don't know how they tried to post.

Was just about to bring this up... the other user who couldn't post in there for some reason's post is here

The Game & Application review subforums are populated via reviews from Androidapplications.com. As staff, we can move threads there, but even we can't create new threads in either of those subforums.
