Help Can't delete a folder that I created

redbourn

Member
Hi,

I created a folder and put an app in it just to learn how to do it.

I have now removed the app from the folder but can't delete the folder.

Have held my finger on the folder and dragged it to the trash.

The trash bin changes color and shakes but the folder remains on screen.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Michael

What launcher are you using redbourn:confused:

I only got the phone 3 days ago and it's my first cellphone so I'm a total newbie.

So please tell me how to tell you which launcher I'm using ;-)

If you mean which model?

It's a GT1933 4.0.4

Thanks,

Michael

TouchWiz

I tried Apex, but right now I'm learning the phone so Apex is too complicated.

I couldn't find any help for Apex except for forums and I like to read up as much as I can before going to forums and asking questions.

I looked at least a dozen Apex vids and NONE of them show the basics for using it.

I don't know why so many programs are so weak on help.

Adobe had and probably has the worst help!

Anyway, any ideas of how to remove the folder?

Thanks,

Michael
