Help CAN'T DELETE FILES

[Android Question]

i am using oppo F1s
i am trying to get rid of some duplicate files from sd card.
so i tried deleting it from adobe reader
but it prompted message "Task could not be complete . The device storage area (SD card) may not be writable"
i tried doing same thing in kingsoft office
but even it prompt a error message "insufficient privilege to delete"
but if i try in es file explorer i am able to delete files
this clearly indicate that there is some problem with permission and not with phone , memory card or app
still i tried formating sd card and even factory reset
but still problem persist
any suggestion on how should i proceed
i am bit lazy searching files in es and deleting one by one
rather prefer to delete in adobe reader
so please help

Hello there

Your problem seems familiar to me "can't delete files". I´d recommend that you use Long Path Tool, this program is definitely for you.
Its an outstanding software I have ever used and you can easily fix file errors with this software.

Try SD maid from the play store or stick with using a file explorer to properly delete the files
