Cant disable badge provider

I have a 2016 galaxy j7 android phone. Cant disable badge provider cause 'disable' is always gray. Tried cpl 3rd party apps but cant get badge provider to show up in them. Pls help. Out of options. Thanks
 
That's embedded in the stock launcher. Download a different launcher and also Tesla unread.
