Help Can't disable 'pull to refresh' any more

I absolutely DESPISE Chrome's "pull to refresh page" feature, and easily disabled it before. Now, however, that flag seems to have disappeared.

Does anyone know how to disable this? It used to be under chrome://flags/#disable-pull-to-refresh-effect

Being able to disable the damned thing? Why?!

I learned the hard way that that 'feature' wreaks havoc when you're writing a long, thoughtful comment on Reddit...and accidentally make the page refresh. POOF! There goes that well-thought-out comment!

I agree, they just can't leave it be.
I also cannot stand this option on chrome!
