Help Can't download apps from Android Market

I have ZTE Racer and suddenly I am unable to down load or update apps from the Market. I get the message The application Market (process com.android.vending) has stopped unexpectedly. Appreciate any suggestions.

Find your way to Menu > settings > applications > manage applications > market and press clear cache. See if that helps

i had this problem for the first week. Make sure you have a data allowance and try clear data, cache and uninstall updates hop this helps
