Can't download apps on huawei mate 10 playstore

To those using huawei mate 10@ mate 10 pro and facing proble. With google playstore. Here i got a solution. Go to setting and search management, then find download manager and activate mobile data for download manager. And there you go. U can download anything at google playstore. I,'ve tried, it works
 
About my mate 10. There are some scratches on the fingerprint reader. It is still working, but I want to replace it. Do you think it is difficult?
