cant download apps

[Android Question]

My phone model is Micromax Ninja A89.I bought it one month before.. My phone memory is 2 gb And I insert a Additional 8 gb sd cart but it cannnot show the external memory.. or when i move app to sd so it is not show the external memory option ..???

And I Cant Install the apps from Google Play Store When I am touch on install it show only processing but now download. how can i download the apps ... Plz solve my proble as soon as possible and reply me on [redacted]

Did you format the SD card when you inserted it?

Also, try going to Settings - Applications - All - scroll down to Play Store and clear data and cache and reboot.
