Can't download aps

[Android Question]

I have a Samsung Galaxy S2 and I deactivated my google account connected to it, then reactivated it but it is not letting me download or update anything after I did this.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S2 and I deactivated my google account connected to google play on it, then reactivated it and connected it again but it is not letting me download or update anything after I did this. I have reconnected it 3-4 times and it still isn't downloading or updating anything.
