Help Can't download update Samsung galaxy s4

I have a Samsung galaxy s4 model SPH-L720T Android version 4.4.2

I can't download the update supposedly I don't have enough space it's 109 mb but I have 20 gb

Is it because I don't have data or service on my phone ?

I had rooted my phone but unrooted it I never messed with the rom's or ram at all or kernel version the only thing would do is use X mods

Now I'm stuck asking for help

Where do you have 20 GB? It's internal storage that is relevant here, not the removable SD card, so if that was the card the question is how much space do you have on the device itself?

I would normally install such updates over WiFi, so I don't think data is relevant here.

Oh well the internal is 10 gb and the apps installed makes it about 8 left
