can't download zip file to my droid

guyz I'm using an samsung galaxy s2. I tried to download an zip file from the internet but got an error message. I tried using many apps like easy downloader, archidroid,download all files....etc but got nothing useful. all those apps just downloads only the html version of the page. please help me. really in need of it. and please give me instructions too.

What was the error message? Do you have sideloading enabled?
* Check Settings > Applications
* Ensure that "Unknown sources" is checked

BTW, your GS2 is not a Droid.

Reason might be that your phone could'nt find an app which can work zip files.
So you might need a file manager installed which can open zip files.

I use EStrongs File Explorer for this.
