Can't edit/delete unused system apps (bloatware)

Hello, recently I've rooted my phone. I've tried to remove system apps, when superuser asked me for permission, I granted it, but the operation still failed.
I used few apps, Root browser, nobloat, ES file explorer, system app removal etc.
I don't know why is this happening, but I look forward for someone noticing mistake I made, or forgot something.

Thanks for further assistance!

Did you change the privileges in /system to Read/Write instead of Read Only? Most root file browsers will do that if you're truly rooted.

WARNING! Do NOT change any system settings without first making a nandroid backup in Recovery! If you do not make a backup and something goes wrong, you may never be able to get back to normal. The phone would be little more than an expensive paperweight. We have seen, time and time again, where enthused owners have rooted their phones and gone straight to changing things in /system without a backup... and utterly ruined/bricked their devices because it won't boot up, stuck at the home screen, vital apps no longer run, etc. So I have to strongly advise you to STOP and make a backup in either ClockworkMod or TWRP Recovery before removing or changing ANYTHING in /system. If you have not yet flashed a custom Recovery, that should be your first step after rooting. That said, good luck!
