Help can't enable data traffic

hey, so I've activated my data traffic, however it still won't access the internet and other tools
My sim card does work, I can make calls and such but not access the internet
 
Contact your service provider tech support and make sure your mobile data network configuration - APN, etc - is correct.

Did you get the phone from your provider or is it a BYOD unit? If BYOD are you certain that it's compatible with your present provider's network?
