Can't find amr files from a message

Got messaged an amr file. It opens in messages and says "slideshow." It plays fine.

I want to grab this file or share it. When music is playing there are no menu options to share or forward it.

I hooked up my HTC EVO 4G in disk mode and cannot find the music file.

It has to be there somewhere.

Any ideas?
