I used to have this app, but having a devil of a time finding it again. I used it for Desire Roms, where USA isn't a choice. You can pick the country you ar ein & it updates the system for date/time formatting.
Manually picking these settings works for some apps - but oddly not all of them.
Anyone know the name of the danged thing - not having any google or market or appbrain love.
