Help Can't find certain apps in the market

Hi all,

I am having trouble finding some apps in the market place with my cliq. I am curious if it's just me or what the deal is. Here are some examples:

Droidcam
DroidCam Wireless Webcam v1.2 Application for Android | Tools

Gem Miner: Dig Deeper
Gem Miner: Dig Deeper v1.2.14 Game for Android | Casual

Can someone else with the cliq look these up and see if they appear in the market for you? Is it because we still have 1.5?

im running a cliq with the leaked 2.1 I am able to see these apps
