Root Can't find folder to root phone

I have spent countless hours trying to find the folder to root my phone.
It's the folder to delete the binary .tar thing (don't know what's it's called) any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated




Currently using a windows vista to root.(if that helps)

My Computer -> Program Files -> Samsung Electronics -> SWUpgrade -> Models -> Binary

Delete everything inside this folder, and copy over your new .tar file to root your phone.
