Help Can't find Music and Photos in Music Player and Gallery

Hey!
I just changed my phone recently and inserted my sd card in my new phone and then when I browsed the gallery it seems that some of my photos are missing so I double checked it in my SD CARD files and I can see the missing photos there but can't see it in my gallery then I check my music and it's the same with the photos, there are missing music in music player but it's present in SD CARD files.

Please! Please! Please! help me solve this ​

Hi

You dont say what makes and models of phone you had and have now (or which android versions you had/have), but it seems likely that the problem is that your files on the sd card are in folders which do not have the right names for the new phone to find them. You may need to move them to the right folders. To find the right location, take a new photo and look where it is saved on the sd card (set the camera to save to sd). Likewise with music player.

I am assuming that you have restarted (from power off) your new phone with the sd card already in it. If not, try that first.
