can't find personal dictionary 4.0.3 HTC Rezound

When my phone updated to 4.0.3, I seem to have lost the ability to see my personal dictionary (and therefor edit it). I have looked up on the web and it seems that it should be in the section of language and keyboard. But there is no option for personal dictionary there. It used to be accessible through my text message app before this update. I use the HTC Rezound. Thanks.
 
What options do you see under "Language and Keyboard"?
All my HTC phones have had it in there somewhere. My current one (One X+) has it under Settings>Language and Keyboard>HTC Sense Input>Personal Dictionary.
